The 3 basic keyboard shortcuts you need to use

 

A few months back I wrote about keyboard shortcuts – the top 3 you need to be using.  You can read it here.  As promised, here are my next three top shortcuts:

And remember:

  • These shortcuts are generally universal and work in almost every program.
  • If you’re on a Mac computer you’ll hit the Command key, which looks like this: ⌘, instead of the “CTRL” key.
  • Memorize them one at a time!  Choose one to focus on each week.

 

THE SHORTCUTS:

UNDO
CTRL+Z

Use this to undo whatever it is you last typed or edited.

OPEN
CTRL+O

Use this to open a file that you’ve already saved.

PRINT
CTRL+P

Use this to print!
